1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing BhaiCode Desktop, the BhaiCode CLI binary, or the BhaiCode Cloud Console (collectively, the "Software" and "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Proprietary Software License & Use Rights
BhaiCode and its accompanying client applications, AST engines, and cloud infrastructures are the proprietary property of WyVE Labs. WyVE Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and run the Software for personal or organizational software development in compliance with your subscription tier.
3. User Responsibilities & BYOK Usage
You are solely responsible for all source code, repository contents, API keys, and environment variables supplied to BhaiCode. You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to process your codebases and will adhere to the usage policies of any third-party API providers you connect.
4. Cloud Compute & Sandbox Fair Usage
BhaiCode Cloud Sandboxes are intended strictly for software development, compilation, refactoring, and test execution. Any abusive usage—including cryptomining, network denial-of-service, vulnerability exploitation, or unauthorized scraping—will result in immediate termination of account access without refund.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE AND CLOUD SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WYVE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
6. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to WyVE Labs. Inquiries regarding licensing or commercial contracts may be directed to legal@bhaico.de.
