Agentic Canvas Mode
Autonomous task delegation, step-by-step planning, and progress tracking in BhaiCode Desktop.
Agentic Canvas Mode is the primary autonomous workspace in BhaiCode Desktop. It is built for task delegation: you set the goal and requirements, while the agent swarm plans the architecture, modifies code across files, and validates changes.

- Intent & Scope Analysis: You provide your task in English, Hindi, or Hinglish. Bhai inspects your workspace file tree and dependency graph to identify affected modules.
- Autonomous Planning: For complex multi-file tasks, Bhai invokes Planner to create a structured checklist before modifying any code.
- Step Execution: Bhai executes the plan step by step:
- Reads files and symbol references.
- Applies surgical edits across multiple files.
- Runs compilation, linter, or test commands in your terminal.
- Approval Gates: If a step involves potentially destructive commands (e.g., deleting files, installing packages, running external scripts), Bhai pauses and asks for confirmation in the Transparency Dock.
- Multi-File Diff Review: Once execution completes, Bhai presents a consolidated visual diff of all changes for your approval.
Canvas Features
Live Thought Streaming
BhaiCode separates internal architectural reasoning from final code output. You can inspect how the agent arrived at a design decision without cluttering your code review.
Task Checkpoints & Auto-Healing
Every step in the agent's plan displays real-time status indicators (Pending, Running, Done, Failed). If a compiler or test error occurs, Bhai creates a corrective sub-task to fix the error before proceeding.
